Hi Everyone,

We just wanted everyone to be aware that the search for new managers for this Division is now completed.
We would like to thank Dick Karperien and Ed Thurmeier for stepping up and volunteering their time along with all the other existing managers.
Dick will be taking over the Rangers and Ed will be taking over the Orioles. These new Managers will be starting their coach search in the very near future.

Our Hats off to all the managers and coaches (current, new and past) for selflessly volunteering their time and energy to help our League run smoothly and to give all of our members a great softball playing experience.

It can be a thankless job but without these awesome volunteers our League would not be the Great League that it has become.

Thank You Gentlemen !!

Cheers to All
Paul M

CSMS 55 League Update

Hi Everyone,

With the recent cold weather and with Christmas just around the corner, I’m sure Softball is not at the front of most people’s thoughts.
But I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that your current Board has already had 2 very productive meetings with one more happening before the end of 2022 coming up on Mon Dec 12th.
And we will be meeting each month in the new year right up to the start of the 2023 season to ensure everyone has a great 2023 season.
Lots of things to discuss, and decisions to be made, all in the hopes of providing all of us a great and healthy CSMS 55 League that accommodates everyone in all of the Divisions.

And I’m sure everyone saw the recent post by Bill Aitken and the survey he put together.
Please be sure to take a moment to fill that out. It only takes a few minutes and will really help your Board make the correct decisions that affect us all.

Cheers Everyone,
Paul M

A winter quote for everyone,
“It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone”
- A Bartlett Giamatti
