2021 CSMS League Draft
Hello yet again!
The dates, times and venue for the 2021 CSMS League Drafts have been set. All four drafts will be held in the conference room at the Triwood Community Centre.
- AAA Draft: Wednesday, 23 June, 6:00pm
- Dayball Draft: Thursday, 24 June, 6:00pm
- AA Draft: Friday, 25 June, 6:00pm
- A Draft: Sunday, 27 June, 6:00pm
IMPORTANT! NOTE: Each team is allowed to have ONLY a manager, a coach and one non-playing advisor present. The draft is not open to anyone else.
If the Communications Director/Website Manager has his act sufficiently together, all players should get an email generated by Team Pages informing them of their 2021 team and inviting them to join it by signing in to TeamPages. That notification should come well within 24 hours of the draft. Your new coach and or/manager will also likely call you to welcome you to your team and etc.

2021 Evaluation Sessions for Players New to the CSMS League
Hello all,
We’re getting closer to opening the 2021 CSMS League season the week of July 5th. The various drafts, clinics and evaluation sessions will be held in the two weeks running up to the season start.
The 2021 Evaluation Session will be held on Monday, June 21st at the Charleswood 2 diamond.
Any player new to the league since the end of the 2019 season is required to attend or they will not be drafted. The schedule is as follows:
- 5:00-6:20pm 63 years and older
- 6:20-7:40pm 58-62 years old
- 7:40-9:00pm 57 years and younger
If rained out, the same schedule will be followed on Tuesday, June 22nd, same diamond.
Participants have been notified by phone of their time-slot. If you are new and haven’t gotten a phone call, follow this schedule.
The evaluation session is not a big deal. You’ll just be asked to select and hit 10 pitches or so, and to field a few ground balls or fly balls. Coaches from all the teams will be there to watch so that they have a rough idea of your athletic ability prior to drafting you.
Other spectators will be allowed only if their presence doesn’t violate current AHS guidelines on outdoor gatherings.

If you withdrew for 2021, this is your last chance to change your mind about whether or not you want to play or not.
Some of you have not paid either us or Alberta 55. You are not registered until you do.
Make sure you are registered for what you signed up (check the Reg 4 column).
