Hi Everyone,

Well just like that, Week 1 is under our belts.
Big Congratulations go out to The Red Sox, Mariners and Blue Jays for their Torrid Start to the New Season, 2 and 0 start for each of those teams right out of the Gate, but Hey, let’s not forget the 2nd Best Teams at each of those Games. The Rock Hounds, D’Backs and the Twins. I’m sure those Teams will have a big response next week !!
Good Effort by all and Great games to get our 2022 Season Underway.
After watching all the games, it’s sure looking like this is going to be a really good and evenly matched season all around. Which is awesome to see. Credit to all the Coaches and Managers for their skills at Drafting Teams.

After 6 AAA games are in the Books, there are already 18 HR’s recorded. And I’m very pleased to say that several of our new “Rookies” are on that List. Way to Go Everyone.

Great Work All, See you Next Week,

Paul M

2022 AAA Division Schedule Now Available

Posted by Gary Paukert at Apr 29, 2022 1:24PM PDT ( 0 Comments )

Hello AAA Division Players:

I have just uploaded the 2022 Game Schedule of 84 regular season games to the TeamPages website. Once you have clicked on the link in the email you were sent, you will be able to sign in to TeamPages and see your team’s page and a calendar with all 28 of your team’s games posted.

If you want a paper copy of the schedule for the entire AAA Division, very shortly I will post it under ‘Schedules’ on the left hand menu of the home page.

Coaches and Managers, as always, I have designated you as ‘team administrators.’ That means you – and only you – will be able to click on the games and report the scores and home run statistics. As you’ll recall, you only get one shot at this. If you make a mistake, or need to revise something, you’ll need to contact Webmaster Bill Aitken and have him fix it. That’s a TeamPages thing, not a choice we have.

I hope for an excellent AAA Division season with lots of parity and tight pennant races!

Cheers,

Gary Paukert
President

Well we managed to fight our way through all that Mother Nature put in our way last week, and I am pleased to announce that the 2022 Evaluations are Completed.

For anyone that was not aware, due to the weather we were forced to move the Evaluations from Sat Apr 23rd and spread them out over 2 nights, Mon April 25th and Tues April 26th.

First I would like to send out a Big Thank You to all of this years New Players and players being re-evaluated, that were able to switch the dates with such short notice and come out to be evaluated. Great Work Everyone. We all appreciated the Effort !!

A Big shout out to all the Coaches and Managers that were also able to adjust their schedules and be there over the 2 nights on Mon and Tues. Nothing works without you great Coaches and Managers and all you do. Thanks Everyone !!

Thank you, Owen Melenka, Mike Fitzsimmons, Mark Jantzen, Norm Buckley, Borden Gavrich, Rick Jolie, Randy Irwin, Gary Paukert and Brad Campbell. Job well Done Gentlemen. The League really appreciates your contribution !!

And Big Thanks to the Draft Committee that put in so many hours of their time behind the scenes to put this event Together. From all accounts it was a very well run event over the 2 day period. Thanks for your Tremendous Effort !!

And I certainly don’t want to Leave out Rick Anderson for all the work he put in over the last several days to ensure the field was in Playable condition for everyone. Thanks for all your effort Rick. It was very much Appreciated !!

We are getting so Close to the Start of a New Season. I can’t wait to see everyone out on the fields,

On that Note,

Hi League,

Ok, so I need to Clarify a point about the Evaluations happening this coming Saturday April 23rd.

The only players being Evaluated are New Players to the League and “Returning Players”

“Returning Players” means, Players that have played in our league once before, but for whatever reason, took at least 1 year off and are now re-joining our League again after the absence. So they have to be Evaluated again like a New Player.

So, if you played in our League Last Year you do not have to be Evaluated again this year !!

There are approx 43 New Players and “Returning Players” (guys coming back to the league after an absence) being evaluated this weekend. And they have all been contacted directly by me to confirm their group times and evaluation location.
There is also 1 player being re-evaluated.

All other Members, if you were not directly contacted by me, it is because you are an existing Player that played last year. So you do not need to come to Evaluations unless you are a coach/manager, helper or Committee Member.

All you guys can now get out and Help Triwood with their Volunteer Request for Saturday.

Thank You to the Guys that reached out to me to ask for Clarification on this Point,

Thanks Everyone,

Paul M
