Hi Everyone,

For those who were not at this past GM, we wanted everyone to be aware that the
Triwood Diamonds are off limits this weekend for any type of CSMS 55+ events.

Little League Calgary is holding an umpire clinic this weekend at Triwood and these dates are listed in our black out dates as unavailable.

Just wanted to let everyone know.

Triwood 1 would not be much good for us right now anyway because of the outdoor rink that is still set up out in the left field area. That gets removed this coming Tuesday. (still looking for volunteers at 6:30pm that Night)

Cheers All,

Paul M

Volunteer Worker Bees Required at Triwood !!

Hey Everyone,

This is short notice but our Friends at Triwood have asked for volunteers to help them take down
the Outdoor Hockey Rink Boards and netting, currently on right field on our beloved Triwood Diamond, next Tuesday April 23rd at 6:30pm.

This is an annual event and is actually alot of fun.
And remember, if it doesn’t get done, our League Start Date on Triwood Diamond will be off to a really Rocky Start with that Hockey Rink out in Left Field getting in the way of those awesome diving catches.

It usually takes 1 to 2 hours of your time to dismantle and store the Material, depending on the turnout of volunteers.
And bringing some basic tools is a big help, cordless drill, wire cutters, crescent wrench, hammer, work gloves, small containers for the nuts bolts and screws.

So hey all you Volunteer Worker Bees, this is your moment to step up and volunteer for a good cause that also greatly benefits our League.

So please remember, Tuesday April 23rd at Triwood Community Center.
Gather near the ball field or Arena.

Please let me know if you can attend.

Thanks Everyone,
Paul M

Hi Everyone,

We have important news!

We are keeping the registration open until Sunday April 21st at midnight.

We have been in contact recently with Teampages to discuss the issues that have occured with people not being able to easily register and Pay.

So I just received a message from TeamPages letting us know that they have made a change to our Payment Method.

After filling out your registration form as usual, you will get directed to the Pay Page, normally you would have to select the green button that says “check out with PayPal”
now you get a choice of Paypal or 4 Credit card options.

If you click on “visa” for example, a much shorter form pops up that you need to fill out and then you just select continue at the bottom. (Takes about 3-4 seconds to process)
And thats it.
You will get an immediate message saying “Thank you for registering”
And you will receive a couple emails confirming your registration as well.

Myself and another board member have tested this new system and it seems flawless.
Just wish we had this operating sooner.

Pay offline is still available for those that want to send in checks.

So we have decided to extend the Registration date for a few days longer.
So if you are still not registered because of website issues this year, please try again.

Cheers Everyone,
Paul M
