Hello A Division guys:

There appears to have been a bat mix up at last Thursday’s 11:30 game at Triwood. Ed Kuczma’s bat went missing.

Ed (Dodgers) used it for most of the game, but it went missing in the 7th inning. He then used a bat that looked similar, and in fact THAT bat was not claimed at the end of the game. It has some markings including a sticker from Mesa 2019 winter ball.

Sounds as if one of you picked up the wrong bat and left yours at the park. Please have a look and contact Ed at edkuczma@gmail.com.

Remember, just like the sign at the baggage carousel at the airport: “Please examine your bat. Many bats look alike!”

The AAA Braves are missing two uniform tops which went missing after their last use in 2019. If you played for the Braves, can you please rummage through your softball stuff and look for a uniform you should have turned in?

The lost uniforms can be returned to Dave Finn at davefinn@shaw.ca.

Please give this your immediate attention. The LAST thing we need in this seniors’ league is two guys on the diamond playing topless.
