Hey Guys

I was thinking that we could play Day Ball tomorrow, but looking at the forecast it shows only a high of 9 or 10 with light rain starting at around 10 AM. But who knows with the Weather !!

I was going to go to the field for around 930am regardless and if the weather is OK, I am game to play if we have enough players. I have seen a few emails already from a couple people that will not be able to make it but I do not have an idea how many can.

If we get 20+ guys showing up, we can play 1, 9 inning game and call it a season.

Someone left a one piece orange Miken bat at Dayball this morning. I put it in the main storage box.

Also, if weather permits, let’s play another round of Dayball next Monday. Maybe we can play one 9 inning game at 10 o’clock. If we get enough people coming out. I will keep everyone posted throughout the week and it depends on the weather.

Sounds like there was enough people interested that we could play one more time.

Hey Guys,

I just wanted everyone to know that we have added games for the next 2 Monday’s for the Dayball group.

I have posted the 2 new schedules on the Dayball Division home page.
Keep in mind this coming Monday is a holiday but I think many will still come out to play as there is only a few short weeks left.
I know several people have turned in their uniforms but that’s ok, don’t worry about that.
The schedule looks like this but we could also go old school and just throw the gloves in the middle and form new teams for the next 2 weeks.

I would like to gather up the uniforms as soon as possible so if your coming this Monday please bring your uniform.

Hi Guys,

I have updated the dayball calendar by adding 2 more games to the next 2 Mondays to give this group some additional games.
There are now games scheduled on
Monday Sept 5th and
Monday Sept 12th.

I heard that some players turned in their jerseys at the last games. Thats Ok, we may change up the format for the next 2.
We can go really old school and just throw our gloves into a circle and pick new teams that way, as long as we have have a pitcher on each team, which we can figure out after.

Lets play as long as we can.
